For purposes of further strengthening administration on export of rare earth and regulating order of export operation, Requirements and Procedures for Applying Export Quota of Rare Earth in 2007 is now announced in accordance with related regulations of Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China and Administrative Measures on Import and Export of the People’s Republic of China, foreign-invested enterprises are excluded.
