In accordance with Administrative Measures on Commodity Import and Export of the People’s Republic of China and related commitment for the WTO entry, the permitted import volume, distribution rules and applying procedures of refined oil of non-state trade in 2007 are now announced. All qualified refined oil importers may apply to import administrations on import industrial products and administrations on import of foreign-invested enterprises authorized by Ministry of Commerce or directly apply to Ministry of Commerce. Ministry of Commerce will accept applications from Jan 1, 2007 to Jan 15, 2007.
