With permission of the State Council, export rebates (including value-added tax and excise) policy on petrol and aviation gasoline with tariff code of 27101110 as well as naphtha with tariff code of 27101120 will be suspended from Sep 1, 2005 to Dec 31, 2005, specific executive time is subjected to export date of the Customs on Export Commodity Declaration Form (export rebates only).
